This is the copypump help center: the questions people ask most, grouped by topic, each answered in a few lines with a link to the full explanation. copypump is a Telegram bot, @copypumpfun_bot, that copytrades Solana wallets, mainly from the public pump.fun leaderboard: their buys and their sells, at your size, from a USDC balance. For every setting in detail, see the docs.

copypump help and support: where to ask

copypump support starts in the bot itself, then the community group. Three places, in this order:

1. The message in your chat. Most skips send the reason and a way to change the setting. A sell that did not go through is always reported.
2. ℹ️ what is what? In /settings, it explains each term in the bot, with your current fee.
3. The community group. Send /community, or join t.me/copypumpfun_trenches.

Getting started

Getting started takes five steps: /start, pick a wallet, run the copy flow, fund with /deposit, and let it run.

• How do I start? Send /start to @copypumpfun_bot. It creates your Solana wallet.
• How do I pick a wallet? /leaderboard lists the top PnL wallets on pump.fun, with 24h, 7d and 30d tabs, refreshed every 10 minutes. See which traders are worth copying.
• Can I copy a wallet that is not on the leaderboard? Yes: /find takes a pump.fun username, a pump.fun profile link or a Solana wallet address. Screenshots are not read, and a bare address pasted without /find is read as a token first. You can also start from the find page.
• Is anything set for me? No. The copy flow has about a dozen questions, nothing pre-selected, and a last screen listing everything before anything is armed.

Funding and deposits

copypump's balance is USDC on Solana, funded through /deposit.

• From Solana: send USDC straight to your copypump address. Guide: how to deposit USDC on Solana.
• From Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon or BNB Chain: a one-time address, bridged by Relay, usually within a minute. USDC only, that chain only, expires after 48 hours, refunds go to the wallet you paste. Guide: how to bridge USDC to Solana.
• What is the minimum? A fixed size starts at $3, and a percentage copy is never placed under $2. Deposit enough for several trades.

Copying and settings

Each trader gets their own rules in the copy flow, and /settings holds the rules for your whole account.

• Sizing: a fixed amount, or a percentage of the trader with a max per trade.
• Filters: minimum trader trade, market cap band, first buys only.
• Guards in /settings: max impact, slippage (Auto by default), cooldown (1 hour by default), max positions, no re-buy after a sell (24 hours), exit style, pause all.
• Several wallets? Yes, with a different size for each. Same coin, two traders: first buy wins, or buy again (the default).

Skipped and missed trades

A trade you saw but did not copy was usually stopped by one of your own rules, and most skips send a message with the reason.

The rules are checked in order: paused, minimum trade, market cap band, first buys only, no re-buy after a sell, first buy wins, cooldown, max positions, max chase or max impact, and late signal (more than 60 seconds). Selling and closing positions

A position closes when the trader sells, when your take profit or stop loss fires, or when you sell by hand.

• Trader sells: mirrored at the fraction they sold by default, or in full with all at once. At 98% or more sold, or under $1 left, the whole position closes.
• By hand: 💸 sell on any position in /portfolio (25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or custom), or 🧨 sell all.
• Only the opener closes: if trader A opened your bag and trader B sells the same coin, your bag is untouched.
• Stopping a trader leaves your position open; their future sells no longer close it.
• Can't be sold: after at least 24 hours of retries, a position is marked 🪫 can't be sold and re-checked every 6 hours.

Withdrawals

/withdraw sends cash as USDC to a wallet of yours, on Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Ethereum, BNB Chain or Polygon, minimum $1. A token can go out as-is on Solana, nothing sold. copypump charges nothing on a withdrawal. Guide: how to withdraw from copypump.

Your wallet, key and safety

Your wallet is a Solana wallet created for you through Privy, and you can export the private key at any time. copypump's app key is added as a signer so the bot can trade while you are offline. 🔑 export private key in /settings opens the key in a secure Privy window, and copypump never sees it. Fees and referral

copypump's fee is a commission on each filled trade, buys and sells, and the network cost of a trade is passed through. The rate is on the last screen of the copy flow before anything is armed, and in ℹ️ what is what? in /settings. No subscription, and nothing on deposits, withdrawals, holdings or your gains. A trade that did not happen is not charged.

/referral gives you an invite link. People who start the bot through it get a discount on their trading fees, and you earn a share of what they pay for as long as they copy. The current rates are on the /referral screen.

The honest part

Copying is not a promise of profit. You follow someone else's decisions with your own money, your fill lands after theirs, and memecoins can go to zero. Past PnL says nothing about the next trade. Size accordingly, and use the stop loss. copypump is independent: not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by pump.fun, and the traders listed have not endorsed it.
